Membership & Booking
How long are visits?⌄
Your first visit is 60 minutes to understand your history and goals. Standard follow‑ups are 30 minutes.
Do you take insurance?⌄
We’re a cash‑pay, membership‑based practice. You’re welcome to use FSA/HSA cards and request a superbill to submit to your plan, but reimbursement isn’t guaranteed.
What’s included in the $85 Primary Care membership?⌄
One 30‑minute telehealth visit per month, secure messaging for brief questions (24–48h replies), an annual 60‑minute wellness visit, preventive & chronic care guidance, and help finding affordable labs and medications.
How does booking work?⌄

Can I cancel or pause?⌄
Yes—memberships are month‑to‑month. Email us before your renewal date to pause or cancel.
Clinical Scope & Medications
Do you prescribe weight‑loss medications?⌄
When clinically appropriate after evaluation and labs, we consider GLP‑1 and non‑GLP‑1 options. We do not provide chronic controlled substances.
Do you manage chronic conditions?⌄
Yes—hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disorders, lipid management, and more, aligned with evidence‑based guidelines.
Do you treat urgent issues?⌄
We can address many common concerns by telehealth. For emergencies or red‑flag symptoms, call 911 or go to the nearest ER.
Who can be seen?⌄
Adults 18+ who are physically located in Florida during the visit, with valid ID and consent.
How quickly do you reply to messages?⌄
Within 24–48 business hours for brief, non‑urgent questions.
